Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall financial and physical appearance of the community in which they manage. They must be able to control expenses, consistently maintain target occupancy, while satisfactorily maintaining the physical appearance to maximize income and ensure a stabilized and profitable fiscal operation.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Direct Reports (may vary depending on size of community): Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultants, Housekeepers, Maintenance Technicians, Gardeners, Carpenter, Painters, Carpet Technician
