Job Description

Ensure the upkeep of the curb appeal of assigned properties, executing all landscaping, irrigation and grounds keeping duties in a timely and efficient manner, and successfully completing training as designated by the Landscape Supervisor.

Reports to: Property Manager and the Landscape Supervisor

Areas of Responsibility:

• Litter and dumpster patrol
• Maintain grounds
• Maintain, repair or replace landscaping and or irrigation
• Maintain equipment and supplies
