Consistently meet or exceed the company's established leasing/closing ratio performance standards while maintaining outstanding customer service with existing community residents.

• Prospect Follow-Up and Tracking.
• Applicant Processing.
• Resident Relations.
• Leasing Office and Community Management.
• Community Marketing and Competitive Shopping.
